Saraveza's Annual IPA Fest; Wined'Up at Coopers Hall

NORTH PORTLANDSaraveza's fifth-annual Imperial IPA Festival will fete this weekend: On both Saturday and Sunday, August 16 and 17, both Saraveza and its backyard Bad Habit Room will pour more than 40 super-hoppy IPAs, from Boneyard's "Hop Venom" to Stone Brewing Co,'s "Unapologetic." Tickets are $20, including 10 tasting tokens, while snacks (double-bacon-ed BLTs, beer ice cream) are available for purchase a la carte. More information and tickets here. [EaterWire]

CENTRAL EASTSIDE INDUSTRIAL— Urban winery Coopers Hall will throw a "Wined'Up" all-day party this Sunday, August 17. The indoor/outdoor event will feature all-day happy hour pricing on wine, "buckets of beer," a DJ spinning classic hip-hop, and picnic baskets.
