Le Pigeon chef Gabriel Rucker is one of the four tapped by Food & Wine to cook an extended New York City pop-up at the magazine's Chef's Club. No specific dates have been set yet, but according to Grub Street, each visiting chef "signs on for a certain amount of time," serving a menu of their choice in the 120-seat dining room.
