Fast Food Wire

pattersonchoiatMAD500.jpgHere's a potential game-changer in the world of fast food: Acclaimed chefs Daniel Patterson (of San Francisco's Coi) and Roy Choi (of LA's Kogi) announced they'll join forces to open a fast-food chain called loco'l. According to ISSF, the menu will feature burgers (called "smashes"), rice bowls, and tacos. The chain's first location will open in San Francisco in 2015, then Los Angeles, with plans to take it national. [-EN-] [McKeever/Eater]
