Sebastian Malinow, the owner of American Dream Pizza, which has been serving the North Tabor neighborhood since 1985, confirms that he'll be opening a satellite pizza parlor later this year (appropriately named Satellite Dream Pizza) in the space recently vacated by Renee's Cafe.
Malinow says to expect many of the same items in his new 25-seat Sellwood spot (salads, calzones, whole pies and slices), with site-specific menu twists once the doors open. Malinow's hoping for a Thanksgiving opening, but says it's more likely that it'll happen toward year's end.
