Chef Jake Martin, most recently of the shuttered Genoa, has landed in the kitchen at NW 23rd's The Fireside: Eat Beat reports Martin is the new executive chef at the restaurant, joining former Racion bartender Chauncey Roach. According to co-owner Sue Erickson, a new lunch menu already features many of Martin's dishes, while new dishes are rolling out during dinner.
