Lake Oswego's gluten-free bakery Kyra's Bake Shop has announced major expansion plans, upping its square footage fourfold to include a cafe space featuring savory dishes, coffee, and cocktails. Eat Beat reports that owner Kyra Bussanich, who's appeared on the Food Network's Cupcake Wars and written a gluten-free baking book, will offer her familiar cupcakes, cookies, and vegan treats, plus sandwiches, soups, and salads. Per Eat Beat, the new space will open in October.
