Community organization Ecotrust, which often hosts culinary events at its Pearl District headquarters, has purchased an Central Eastside site that will be dedicated to "scaling a robust regional food system." The Portland Business Journal reports the 16,000-square-foot building, named the Redd, will house production space for "innovative" food companies, plus a culinary incubator for budding business owners.
