Celebrate with an icy platter of half-shells at one of Oyster Social's upcoming pop-ups. On Friday from 5 to 9p.m., the crew will be stopping by Ambonnay, where special pours of Champagne will accompany Northwest varieties like Kumamoto, Kisshi and Shigoku. The following week they move to Upright Brewing from 5 to 8 p.m. It's a regular last Friday stop, but this time they'll have a guest shucker: Travis Oja from Nevor Shellfish Farm in Netarts.
