Pok Pok Restaurants is interviewing candidates tomorrow for kitchen, counter service, and supervisory positions at a new, quick-service, pop-up location at PDX. The ad states that the contract is for October 2014 through late summer 2015, which means it should be open just in time to ease the pain of holiday travel. Hooray!
