The menu at Lardo is stocked with fan favorites like the Pork Meatball Banh Mi and the Italian Tuna Melt. But about half the menu is an ever-changing parade of sandwich genius, including the monthly "Chefwich," that you can't wait to shove in your face.
We don't usually remark on the new arrivals, but this one deserves a shout-out on the name alone. On Monday, Lardo owner Rick Gencarelli introduced the "Egg Rickmuffin." It's a housemade English muffin topped with house-cured Canadian bacon, egg and cheese. Even better, it comes with its own hashbrown patty in a paper pocket. We're lovin' it.
