The Pok Pok empire is continuing its U.S. takeover, and we're not complaining. Our friends at Eater LA report that on December 30, Andy Ricker and his crew opened Pok Pok Phat Thai, the first of two Pok Pok spinoffs slated for Los Angeles' Chinatown. Like his Brooklyn Phat Thai outpost, this one features the eponymous noodle dish, plus a few others. Think of it like a mini version of Sen Yai.

Speaking of Sen Yai, Ricker's SE Division noodle house has added mantou muu waan to the menu. Now there's no need to venture out to the airport to get your fix of the pork-filled steamed buns from the cart.
