Nomad.PDX Pop-Ups Find Home at KitchenCru

They'll host epic 10- to 15-course dinners two nights a week.

Nomad.PDX

Starting in February, the Nomad.PDX team will be popping up regularly at KitchenCru.

The recent departure of Holdfast Dining to its more permanent digs at Fausse Piste urban winery has opened up space at Downtown's culinary incubator. Nomad.PDX chefs Ryan Fox (former Castagna sous chef) and Ali Matteis (an alum of Atera in NYC) will now be bringing their 10- to 15-course, tweezer-assembled, experimental dinners on custom-made plates to KitchenCru two nights a week.

"This will allow us to not only provide Nomad.PDX as a stronger fixture in the community, but will also allow us to further polish and expand upon the Nomad experience," they wrote in a press release.

In addition, tickets to the meals, which will be held on Friday and Saturday nights, can now be purchased with or without beverage pairings. And if you want to bring your own wine, there's just one $15 corkage fee, no matter how many bottles you bring.

Tickets for February and March dinners are available here (there's even a Valentine's Day dinner, but you better hurry).
