Big Names Team Up for Big Brunch This Sunday

Get ready for "Brunch with Benefits."

Not only can you skip the lines with this ticket-only brunch, you can eat dishes from some of the top chefs in town, all in one place.

On Sunday, Jan. 25, from 10:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m., the Oregon Culinary Institute hosts Brunch with Benefits. Chefs including Scott Dolich of Bent Brick, Alissa Frice of Frice Pastry, Lisa Schroeder of Mother's Bistro, and Anh Luu from Tapalaya will convene to cook up a four-course, family-style brunch. Specialty cocktails are available and will include mimosas and micheladas.

The event, which includes a silent auction, is a benefit for The Curriculum of Cuisine, a local non-profit that brings chefs to high school classrooms to teach students essential culinary skills in conjunction with core subjects.

Tickets cost $35 per person and include one drink. Buy them here.
