Blue Star Donuts' Fourth Location Headed for NW 23rd

It's officially official. Blue Star Donuts will indeed be bringing its pastry chef-y, fried dough creations to Northwest 23rd Avenue.

Proprietors Micah Camden and Katie Poppe signed the lease on a space (a former clothing store) at 921 N.W. 23rd Ave., around the corner from NW Lovejoy Ave., and directly across from sister restaurant Little Big Burger. They're aiming to open in April.

We've been told the donuts will be made at the Hawthorne location and delivered four times a day. The glazing will be done on site.
