On Sunday January 25, Holdfast duo Will Preisch and Joel Stocks are setting up shop in the cozy cocktail den for a nine-course feast. Even better, the dinner will be paired with five cocktails made by Rum Club's Michael Shea and Emily Mistell. There are two seatings to choose from — 5:30 p.m. and 9:00 p.m. Cost is $125 per person including cocktails but not gratuity. Get tickets here.
The dinner series might just be one of the last few times the itinerant chefs will be taking their show on the road. Last month they announced they'll be taking over the former Sauvage space at Fausse Piste urban winery, where they plan to serve dinner four nights a week.
