SOUTHEAST -- Previously of the three-Michelin-star The Restaurant at Meadowood and the two-Michelin-star Coi, baker Matt Tinder has come to the Northwest with plans to open Saboteur in Seattle, and this Friday from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m., you can get a preview of both his baked goods and the baked creations of Ken Forkish's forthcoming Trifecta Annex, set to be part of Pine Street Market. Tinder posted a menu on Instagram, with the note, "Pdx , Come eat some gluten," so definitely get to Trifecta Tavern & Bakery early, else it will be gone. [EaterWire]

NORTHEAST -- According to a Pastaworks press release, Little T American Baker is the newest addition to NE Sandy's Providore Fine Foods, the forthcoming food complex led by Pastaworks.
