Located inside of the Cork Wine Shop at 2901 NE Alberta Street, the tasting room pours tastes of its wines, mostly inspired by Northern Italian wines, every Friday from noon to 7 p.m. (and by appointment). The tasting room seats 12; a tasting flight of three wines costs $5 (fee waived with bottle purchase); and owner/winemaker Darryl Joannides says he's working toward more regular hours. [EaterWire]

The cocktail is a play on the Greyhound, get it? [EaterWire]
