ROAMING — Pip's Original, the mini doughnut and chai shop in Northeast, has just announced its new mobile doughnut and chai truck is up and running for private events. Owners Nate and Jamie Snell bill it as the "only mobile doughnut making van in Portland," and you'll soon find it popping up at food fests and events throughout the city. [EaterWire]

NYC — Bunk already has six local sandwich spots (eight if you count each one at the Moda Center), and yesterday, it added its first outside of Portland, located in Brooklyn, New York City. Jake Adams, previously of Momofuku Milk Bar, helms the kitchen. [Oregonian]

SOUTHEAST — The wine bar at SE Wine Collective has fired up all-night happy hour Mondays. From 4 p.m. to close, get $2 off wines by the glass and a rotating $8 featured wine from one of the 75 wines made at the Collective. For food, chef Althea Grey Potter prepares a regularly updated menu of $5 dishes, from foie gras mousse and accoutrements and caramelized shallot dip with potato chips, to chocolate pot de creme.
