Opening this Friday, Pizza Jerk is the first spin-off concept from Tommy Habetz of Bunk Sandwiches, and judging by the opening day menu below, you can expect to find Habetz's signature house-made approach applied to pizza and pasta. Slices will come as cheap as $2.50, and inventive pizza creations include the Houlie, topped with Bo Ssam pork shoulder and sweet pickled pineapple. Habetz has been very specific about offering a variety of pizza styles, not only the classic New York or Neapolitan pizzas, so you'll have to visit Pizza Jerk yourself to find out just what crusts come beneath these toppings (and just what exactly Duck Dan-Dan pasta could possibly be).
