TIGARD — On November 7, a new style of cat cafe will roll into Tigard's Bridgeport Village to let you eat edible effigies of Hello Kitty cartoon characters. Its first visit to Portland, the Hello Kitty Cafe Truck will sell mini cakes, macarons, a cookie set, bow water, Hello Kitty Cafe t-shirts, and Hello Kitty Cafe mugs from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m (pictures of cute, cuddly, and crunchy cats below).
