Late-night Epif Restaurant & Pisco Lounge Opens Today in Kerns, Reveals Menu

Located at 404 NE 28th Ave., Epif Restaurant & Pisco Lounge opens today at 4 p.m., bringing a new late-night vegetarian option to the Kerns neighborhood, and you can preview the menu below. Chefs Pepe Arancibia and Daniel Vargas are fellow musicians with experience cooking together in Chile, and they offer traditional South American dishes from the Andes region in vegetarian form. Think mushroom ceviche in a tropical leche de tigre (citrus-based marinade featuring mango) and tri-colored quinoa stuffed with veggies and served at room temperature with a beet-balsamic gel. The well-priced cocktail menu touts seven Pisco-focused drinks designed by Bull in China, and during happy hour, the Chilean Pisco Sour drops to $5.

Starting today, Epif Restaurant & Pisco Lounge will be open for dinner Wednesday through Sunday from 4 p.m. to midnight.
