DOWNTOWN — Of course John Gorham (Tasty n Sons, Toro Bravo, Mediterranean Exploration Company) couldn't stop at one Pollo Bravo, the chicken rotisserie he recently announced will open in the forthcoming Pine Street Market. Now Gorham has announced the second Pollo Bravos and says there could be more to come. Located at 1128 SW Alder St., Pollo Bravo 2.0 will serve the same menu of rotisserie chicken and Toro Bravo tapas as the Pine Street Market location, and it is scheduled to open Spring 2016.
