Opened at 1037 SW Morrison in May, Marmo Deli & Bar closed its doors after service on December 11. The 30-seat restaurant served lunch, dinner, and brunch items originally designed by former Bluehour chef Thomas Boyce, such as pasta salads and cannoli filled to order. Kevin Chambers owned Marmo, and previously, he managed operations at ChefStable for two-and-a-half years. Chambers has not announced concrete future plans, but he did say he might work to open a new business in the same location.
