WINE COUNTRY — The Allison Inn and Spa is giving the luxe wine country spa experience a top-notch culinary twist. On Feb. 27-28 and March 20-21, they're hosting Cuvée Weekends, which kick off with a "Cuvée Stroll" through tables of artisan food and drinks from purveyors, winemakers and chefs. (If you don't want to spring for the epic weekend, a limited number of a la carte tickets are available for the stroll for $50). On both Friday and Saturday nights, there's a four-course winemakers' dinner prepared by JORY executive chef Sunny Jin in collaboration with other chefs including Justin Woodward of Castagna on Feb 28. There are also garden tours, culinary demos and talks from Portland chefs, including Kristen Murray of Maurice. The all-inclusive, two-night package costs $1,600 per couple.
