Everyone's talking about Langbaan, and how the white-hot, prix fixe Thai restaurant behind Paadee, is all booked up from now until September. But chef/owner Earl Ninsom announced last week that he'll be easing the backlog by offering Sunday night seatings starting in April. Now he brings word that those coveted reservations will go online tomorrow at 11 a.m. on the Langbaan reservations page.
Langbaan has been earning high praise both locally and nationally, and has even earned a spot as a James Beard Award semi-finalist. In April, Japanese-trained chef William Harper will join the team, and Doi Dua Vietnamese pop-up will be using the space to offer dinners on Mondays.
