Look Inside Vegetable-Haven Harvest At The Bindery, Now Open on NE Sandy

On March 17, Rocker-turned-restaurateur Jon Steuer opened Harvest at the Bindery, his seasonally driven vegetable-centric restaurant, with vegan chef Sean Sigmon at the helm. The super-seasonal menu is plant based and free of animal products, and the restaurant has a rustic, farmhouse vibe. Go ahead. Take a look around.

Harvest at the Bindery is open for lunch and dinner Tuesday - Saturday 11 a.m. - 2 p.m., and 5 p.m. - 10 p.m.
