PIKE PLACE After four years of selling biscuits in farmers markets, Art Stone’s Honest Biscuits will set up shop in Pike Place Market in early June. Based in the atrium of the Economy Building just above the Atrium Kitchen, Honest Biscuits will rotate seasonally through its tried ‘n true favorites (the bacon and Beecher’s MacGregor; the appley MMM Biscuit) as well as fresh flavors and new sandwich combos.

DOWNTOWN For the third year running, Mobile Food Rodeo will host their Taco Libre Truck Showdown Saturday, May 2, from 5 to 11 p.m., along 5th Avenue near Union Station. As always, access to the over 30 food trucks is free — each offering at least one taco for $5 or less, even those not typically Mexican leaning — and 20 of these trucks will compete for $1,000 cash and the Golden Taco Award. Eater Seattle has a preview over this way.

EATER MAPS Who knows burgers better than the really (legally) high folks walking around Seattle right now? Chefs, that’s who. The knife-wielding, oft-butchery happy folks throwing meat at the grill at Seattle’s best restaurants have a lock on technique, and we’re always asking them what they’re eating. For Eater Seattle Burger Week, we rounded up a heaping helping of chef-y advice for you to consider the next time you’re making a burger run.
