Timbers and Thorns fans, your home games just got even more delicious. Bunk Sandwiches has gone from parking the Bunk Truck outside Providence Park stadium before games, to operating a full-on Bunk Bar inside the park.
The new Bunk Bar at The Timbers is scheduled to open tomorrow, May 27, in time for the Timbers match against DC United. Look for it at The Axe Stand in the NE corner of the stadium. Like the Bunk Bar at Moda Center, the menu will include classics like the Pork Belly Cubano and Muffaletta. But exclusive to the new location is a Pulled Pork Dog made with an Olympia Provisions frankfurter topped with pulled pork and apple cabbage slaw. To drink, there are draft beers and frozen margaritas — and Icebergs of course.
