The Richmond Bar on SE Division Debuts Sleek Private Patio

Thanks to its recent influx of condos and destination eateries, Southeast Division is now teeming with humanity — and the many cars and dogs that come with them. Although it's fun to be where the action is, it can also be a headache. When you've had too much of the madding crowd, you can soon head over to The Richmond Bar's lovely new back patio, set to open Friday, May 29.

The enclosed area is lined with custom-built wood seating and tables to accommodate 30, and outfitted with string lights, a fire pit in the center, and heaters for when things get chilly. As if you needed more incentive, the bar's happy hour, from 4 to 6 p.m. daily and all day Sunday, gives you $1 off everything, from the 10 taps of craft beers, slightly geeky wines and $10-and-under cocktails, to the hand-formed burgers topped with white cheddar onion rings.
