Satellite Dream Pizza Opens in Westmoreland on Monday

After first announcing that it was opening a second Portland location last August, 30-year-old American Dream pizza on NE Glisan has finally spun off its Southeast Portland offshoot. Satellite Dream Pizza is opening on Monday in Westmoreland, in the space that was formerly Renee's Cafe.

Owner Sebastian Malinow is bringing the same pizzas, breadsticks, and salads from the Northeast Portland neighborhood favorite to his new 25 seat spot, which is decked out with an appropriately celestial theme. There are seven taps flowing with six local beers, including Breakside's pilsner and Ecliptic's IPA. The seventh tap is reserved for hard cider, which is currently Atlas from Bend.
