LARDO—The pig-centric folks behind Lardo recently inaugurated their "Off The Cart" summer series in which they invite sous and executive chefs from all over town to hold down a night of dining in Lardo's food cart, which they're parking on their SE Hawthorn brick-and-mortar location. This summer's events include evenings with Jose Chesa (Ataula) and his wife, Cristina Báez (Puerto Rican), as well as Chinese eats courtesy of the pop-up Mian. [EaterWire]
