A project by St. Jack chef Aaron Barnett and mixology-whiz Tommy Klus (Multnomah Whiskey Library), La Moule has released its opening day food and drink menus to Eater. As reported, six unique styles of mussels will indeed anchor the menu, and they're just the beginning.

Steak tartar will come with bone-marrow toast, and frites will come with gremolata and your choice of house aioli, kewpie mayo, or Duke's mayo. There's plenty of meat dishes, including a New York Steak, Friccadelle meatballs, and a Fish De Jour.

Klus didn't let Barnett's food steal the show, and the Diablo cocktail offers pueblo viejo reposado tequila with a surprising brightness from cassis, lime, and ginger. Below, check out the other signature cocktails, which find a natural home in La Moule's swank interior.
