Since opening in July, Swift & Union has put North Portland dining on the map. Literally. And this weekend marks its first-ever brunch service. As the new brunch menu below shows, chef Aaron Hepp-Buchanan offers a signature scramble named after the world's most famous lumberjack along with surprises, such an the Duck Confit Hash involving pears. Continuing to tread between traditional favorites and inspired creations for Portlanders who live to eat, Swift & Union seems to be earning its reputation as an eclectic crowd-pleaser.
Located at 8103 N. Denver Ave, Swift & Union will serve brunch on Saturdays and Sundays from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., beginning this weekend.
