Sayōnara! Just in time for the rain, the outdoor Biwa spin-off Kotori closed this week. With its outdoor cooking and dining pop-up concept, the shack helped to defined summer Portland 2015. We all knew that it would come to an end, but did anyone really eat enough skewered chicken parts?
Kotori also served other yakitori, including skewered vegetables, and Korean barbecue short ribs, as well as beers, wine, sake, and cocktails. It operated in the gravel lot next door to Biwa.
