Pok Pok Wing isn't returning to Portland International Airport this round, but we will get Kenny & Zuke's, the world's first airport tasting room run by a distillery, and some decent coffee. The PDX airport has just released its list of new 2016 restaurant tenants, and the following restaurants and bars will all move into their new airport digs over the next year.
The Coffee Options
- Peet's Coffee & Tea
- Portland Roasting Company
- Starbucks
- Stumptown Coffee Roasters
- Capers Farm-to-Table Market
- Kenny & Zuke's Delicatessen & Market
- House Spirits Distillery
- Vino Volo
When House Spirits Distillery opens its airport tasting room, it will become "the first distillery in the world to operate its own in-line brick-and-mortar spirits tasting room at an airport location," and its entire spirits portfolio will be available for sampling and sale—with some exclusive spirits, too. Vino Volo is a wine bar located in airports across the nation, and at PDX, it will serve wine tasting flights, glass pours, and wines by the bottle, with a focus on Pacific Northwest wines.
