New details have emerged on Salt & Straw's forthcoming soft service ice cream bar inside of Pine Street Market. First, the name is Wiz Bang Bar. Second, it will serve things like the confirmed Smoked Oregon Ham soft serve in a black raspberry shell. Need you know more?

The 10-seat ice cream bar intends to open with other Pine Street Market tenants on April 1. Open daily from 11 a.m. to 11 p.m., Wiz Bang Bar will offer five soft serve flavors, a variety of dips, plated desserts, and ice cream sandwiches. Not all of the soft serve flavors will be as wacky as the Smoked Oregon Ham; for instance, Salt & Straw has announced vanilla custard soft serve.

Additionally, per PoMo, you'll also find some pretty unique novelties. Case in point: Choco Tacos, which are dessert tacos stuffed with ancho chile and Mexican vanilla ice cream and coated twice in Woodblock chocolate. You'll also find a riff on the Dairy Queen Dilly Bar, which is more or less soft serve ice cream coated in dip and served on a stick. The only notable plate-dessert specifics so far are that some of the desserts will involve cake and out-of-the-box toppings and sauces.

When it opens, Wiz Bang Bar will be located inside of Pine Street Market at 126 S.W. 2nd Avenue.
