Ataula is bringing back its beloved Spanish brunch for one day only, and despite the fact that it involves sherry and paella, there are still somehow reservations available. It’s all in honor of Sherry Week, which runs November 7 through 13 across the globe. Ataula will serve three courses, Spanish coffee, one cocktail, and three sherries for $65, and it all goes down Sunday, November 13, from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m.
Ataula is helmed by Jose Chesa and Cristina Baez, Portland’s king and queen of modernist Spanish cooking who recently opened 180 and Chesa. The couple offered brunch at Ataula through August 2014.
Ataula is located in Northwest Portland at 1818 NW 23rd Pl. Its hours are typically 4:30 to 10 p.m., Tuesday through Saturday.
