DOWNTOWN—Known for its house-roasted coffees, Water Avenue Coffee Company will fire up the steam wands tomorrow at 811 SW 6th Ave. The roaster’s second location takes up prime real estate: It’s in the lobby of the Sixth at Yamhill building, located across the street from Pioneer Courthouse Square.

Water Avenue 2.0 will serve espresso-based coffees and grab-and-go drinks and food items. Head in for tomorrow’s grand opening celebration from 3 to 6 p.m. for complimentary coffee, bubbles, and “treats” from the menu. Moving forward, Water Avenue’s hours are Monday through Friday, from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. [EaterWire]

SE DIVISION—The quickly up-and-coming frozen yogurt and non-dairy ice cream spot Eb & Bean will open tomorrow evening at 3040 SE Division St., the former DStreet Koi Fusion location. Owner Elizabeth Nathan says Eb & Bean hasn’t settled on an exact opening time, so watch Instagram to see when you can get inside. Once open, it’ll operate daily from noon to 10 p.m.

Typically, Eb & Bean’s offerings include the classics as well as creative rotating flavors, like guava lime coconut, with loads of toppings, from organic toasted coconut to candied pecans. Nathan says tomorrow’s opening-day flavors include vanilla roasted macadamia, made with cashew milk; pumpkin pecan pie, made with almond milk; “Newtella”; cardamom caramel; and more.

“We are thrilled to have Stella Taco and Bollywood Theater on either side of us,” says Nathan. “Both are perfect compliments in the sense that they are counter service and neither offer dessert.“ And starting next week: on-tap kombucha and cold brew.
