Last December, The Foggy Notion, a cozy neighborhood rock 'n roll bar if there ever was one, wrote it was closing its doors for good, but according to its Facebook page, The Foggy Notion has been reborn, and in the very same location at 3416 N Lombard St. On March 11, The Foggy Notion wrote:
Our temporary hours of operation for the next couple weeks are Weds-Sat 4pm-12am and Sun 4pm-10pm. Look for expanded hours in the very new future [sic?]!

The pictures on Facebook show a freshly painted facade, a hefty selection of microbrews on tap, and the arrival of a pool table and a 60-in-one stand-up arcade machine.
Happy hour is also back, and it runs from 4 to 7 p.m.everyday that The Foggy Notion is open. It appears The Foggy Notion 2.0 will continue the bar's legacy of cheap drinks, and during happy hour, find $3 microbrews and well drinks.
According to liquor license filed in January, the new owners of The Foggy Notion are Tim and Janet Jorgenson. The Foggy Notion was originally opened in 2010 by Melanie Brandy and Kevin Scullin.
