Boxer Ramen Softly Opens Today in the Alphabet District

Come on in and get your free bowl of ramen

Boxer Ramen softly opens in the Alphabet District today, with ramen giveaways to all who show up between 4 and 7 p.m. Co-owner Matt Lynch says the menu will largely be identical to the other Boxer locations downtown and on Alberta Street, and that means more of its critically acclaimed Okonomiyaki tater tots and ramens featuring tonkotsu-style broth. You can also look forward to Boxer hot dogs, the one-time teaser for the short-lived Hop Dog, and cold ramen and cold soba dishes come summer.

The third Boxer Ramen location seats 28 in the dining room and has an additional eight-seat chef's counter. As of this Saturday, Boxer Ramen will be open Monday through Friday, from noon to 9 p.m., and Saturday and Sunday, from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m.. It is co-owned by Lynch and Blue Star Donuts founders Micah Camden and Katie Poppe.
