SOUTHWEST WATERFRONT—Since opening to serve seasonally inspired dishes last May, Muselet has had a heavy wine focus (it even made Wine Enthusiast Magazine's list of 100 Best Wine Restaurants in America two weeks after opening), and now it's offering complimentary wine tastings Saturdays, from 5 to 6:30 p.m. According to a recent press release, upcoming tastings include Old World wines from The Source Imports and a night of Owen Roe wines, and you can buy bottles to take home or to drink at the restaurant. LAKE OSWEGO—And the winner of the Girl Scout Cookie-inspired recipe contest is—Rachel Marie Florip, pastry chef at Pine Shed Ribs & BBQ. The public voted Florip's Almond Lemon Bars, which use Savannah Smiles cookies as a crust, the best of the competition, and she faced tough competition from other local, female chefs, including the chefs of Nostrana, Smallwares, and Aviary.
