Located at 527 SW 12th Ave., SuperBite is the follow-up restaurant to Ox, a perennial feature on the Eater 38, from owners and chefs Greg Denton and Gabrielle Quiñónez Denton. The Dentons are 2016 finalists for the James Beard Award, Best Chef Northwest, and they shared many of the details, including defining just what constitutes a "superbite," in a recent interview.
