Looking for marijuana cooking tips for the home? For the second time, Nick Ford, the chef behind P.R.E.A.M., Southeast's hip-hop pizzeria, has been tapped for his marijuana cooking skills. First, WWeek featured his talent at the inaugural Puff Puff Pizza event, a special dinner that began with a "pot-tail" hour before unleashing multiple courses involving Ford's playful pizzas. Now, Ford and Vice Magazine have teamed up like Cheech and Chong to hold a second Puff Puff Pizza party, this time with the video crew from the Bong Appetit video series in tow.
In the episode, Ford takes Bong Appetit host Abdullah inside of the world of marijuana cooking, from choosing the right marijuana strains, to infusing olive oil with marijuana to make pizza.
