Serving as one of Portland's most distinguished chefs for years, Naomi Pomeroy is releasing her first cookbook, titled, Taste & Technique: Recipes to Elevate Your Home Cooking. The woman behind Beast and Expatriate, Pomeroy is a self-made chef, and according to the press release sent out by publisher Ten Speed Press, Taste & Technique shares both recipes and the techniques behind them, beginning with sauces and moving through to salads, vegetables, fish, meat dishes, and desserts.

Taste & Technique hits bookstore and virtual bookstore shelves September 13,  2016, and it will tout 140 recipes. It's available now for pre-order on Amazon and costs $40.
