The popular brewpub located on North Williams by Lompoc Brewing, Fifth Quadrant is known for its chill vibe, with a dog-friendly patio, and brews, like Proletariat Red, Kick Axe Pale Ale, and Pamplemousse Citrus IPA. And now it's serving brunch, Saturdays and Sundays, in its funky space, previously an auto repair garage.
The menu (below) includes plenty of egg-y options, as well as Popcorn Chicken Biscuits and Gravy and Challah French Toast, and for early morning boozers, there's the Liquid Brunch menu: a mix of brunch classics, like bloodies, coffee cocktails, and other creations; for instance, The 5Q Sangria is spiked with Clear Creek pear brandy.
But for the beer obsessed, Fifth Quadrant stays true to its roots, offering two breakfast beers. Coming in a snifter, the Red Eye is a golden ale that sounds as though it's been infused with a bloody mary: It's aged on tomatoes, celery, sage, bay leaves, pepper corns, and dried chilis.
Grab brunch at 5Q, located at 3901 N Williams Ave, Saturdays and Sundays, from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.
