North Light on N Mississippi Has Flipped Its Last Burger

We haven't been able to confirm just what's happening at North Light, the popular North Mississippi Avenue bar that had a great patio and one epic burger, but we do have a note:

Eater has reached out to owners Christopher Gutierrez and Hope Beraka, who also operate the Night Light Lounge on SE Clinton, and will share all of the details as soon as they're available. For now, North Light has officially closed, despite its website and all social media accounts currently showing the venue as open.

North Light opened just over two years ago to serve comfort food and cocktails at 3746 N Mississippi Ave. It received a nod from the O as a cheap eats destination, and its burger was repeatedly featured on Eater Portland.
