SOUTHEAST—Ava Gene's Joshua McFadden is teaming up with and hosting his old friend—Madcapra's Sara Kramer—for a night of dishes inspired by a recent trip they took to the coast of Maine (which was documented in the latest issue of Bon Appétit).
