Updated: The Restaurants and Bars Open Today, January 17

In the new Portland, the one made of pure ice, it’s impossible to predict which restaurants and bars will be open, and that’s true even more so today: The weather forecast says an Ice Storm Warning is in effect for the greater Portland and Vancouver areas, but many restaurants are doing their best to unlock the doors.
