The urban brewery equally famous for its beers and its bicycle-themed Bike Bar, Hopworks now joins the list of Portland restaurants operating in Vancouver, WA. Hopworks’ third Portland-area location opened December 30, at 17707 S.E. Mill Plain Blvd., to serve house-brewed beers and its typical food menu of wings, brewer’s poutine, burgers, and pizzas.
Hopworks Vancouver is huge, seating 300 and totaling 6,000 square feet, and has an indoor mezzanine with massive windows with views of Mt. Hood. According to the PBJ, the new brewery and pub was designed with sustainability in mind: It is Salmon-Safe Certified, has a 10-kilowatt solar system, native landscaping, and bike parking.
Vancouverites can visit the new Hopworks any day of the week for lunch and dinner. It’s open Sunday through Thursday, from 11 a.m. to 11 p.m., and Friday and Saturday, from 11 a.m. to midnight. Here’s a shot of that big mezzanine from Hopwork’s Facebook page:
