This Halloween, Portland’s homegrown heavy metal pizza chain, Sizzle Pie, is delivering pizzas in coffin-shaped pizza boxes featuring 12 spooky artworks. Check out two examples above.

Sizzle Pie is selling the boxes tomorrow, October 31, from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m., at 624 E Burnside (and by delivery from that location). A single box will set you back $10, but you can add two slices of pizza to it for an even $13.

Sizzle Pie regularly works with local and national artists who share its appreciation for music, skateboarding, and pizzas that cater to all — or at least, most — dietary preferences. The company commissioned friends and artists they admire for the artworks, and co-owner Mikey McKennedy also designed one Egyptian-themed box.

Along with the pizza boxes, Sizzle Pie has more news to share: Its new location in the Hollywood neighborhood will open November 2. With this location, Sizzle Pie will double its delivery area to reach deeper into Southeast (including as far south as the Woodstock neighborhood).
